Wayne Chabre

Biographical Information

Sculptor Wayne Chabre has been one of the Pacific Northwests most proiment and prolific artists in the last 25 years.

His work, mainly bronze, but also incorporating other metals and materials has captured a whimsical spirit and reverence for nature that makes public and private spaces special and memorable.

From his signature "A DelicateBalance" , that was selected as the 1st winner of the Sculpture Without Walls competition in Cannon Beach, to his gate for the Portland Zoo, Chabre may be among our most creative & versatile artists.

He has specialized in architectural and garden sculpture for 25 years. Many of his works are functional as well as decorative; gates, railings, spouts and sconces, benches, doors, fountains, and gargoyles and exacting portraits in bronze.

Exclusively represented by Northwest By Northwest Gallery , Chabre has the ability to create a work that is timeless and reflects the energy and integrity that this artist brings to any project.
